Your coach,

What is your skincare routine?
A question regularly asked to female leaders during interviews. Yes, to these ladies who manage big corporates, international teams, are under huge pressure and create opportunities for their company.
- Asking a female CEO about her skincare routine is rather nice, right? It makes her more approachable
- Asking a female Director to order the coffees for the whole Executive Committee is ok. No one asked her to prepare them.
- Hearing: « you are SO courageous to start a business, without having a husband by your side”
The worst, the WOOOORST, is that in many situations, I was not even surprised, shocked or mad. It sounded normal.
NO, it is NOT normal!
What is normal and needed is to have Leaders who are inspiring, visionary, human-oriented.
Women and Men.
I have a dream
To give you the keys and the confidence you need to:
- Get that promotion that you definitely deserve
- Feel that being the Manager is like a piece of cake (even better, like a piece of chocolate cake)
- Be the Boss who leads her team, her company, her life with joy and efficiency.
Having women at key positions in companies, institutions, government, that is not the dream but the goal. The common point: leadership or how to make the most of your management skills, to boost your assertiveness, to develop your charisma, while keeping your human touch, your integrity and your originality. As well as your humour. Always.
I want to be for you the coach I was dreaming to have during my career. Whether when I doubted myself and my skills or when I got out of my comfort zone when getting the promotion, I wanted.
And although, I loooove chatting, I do not like yadda, yadda, big theories nor empty sentences.
My coaching style : practical, real, fun.
I am not a fan of the « guru-coachs » and prefer to share with you my experience and my knowledge so that you can master self-leader, at work and in your life.
From external beauty to internal beauty
I worked more than 15 years in international cosmetics companies,
Being a Brand Manager, Trainer and Training Director gave me the opportunity to discover different aspects of a company, as well as their “rules of the game”. I love working with all kind of nationalities and even had the chance to study and work in different countries (England, Germany, Sweden, Japan, Ukraine, Holland…).
I was so sad to see that despite most of the employees were ladies, most of the managers were men. The situation does change, not quickly enough for my taste.
One thing I am sure of: to be happy at work, you must decide and defend your own rules.
In other words: you must become the leader of your career and of your life.
You’ll see, it is much more fun and more enriching.
One little cheesy quote to finish (one is allowed…)!
“be the change you want to see in the world”.
And the world really needs you!
